What is "Daring to be Political"? Here we dare to express what the political world really is. That Fox News, CNN and MSNBC do not care to report the news but rather do whatever they can to get as many viewers as they can (and Fox is winning). Politics is confrontational and here we are being confrontational by daring to say what the political world really is. We say here that Congressional Republicans are only obstructionists because they are not in control of the presidency (and when the president is republican again the Democrats will love doing what the Republicans are doing right now). Here we Dare to be Political by daring to be the voice of reason. So in the comments below Dare to be Political and call out something for what it really is.

lol Fox isn't a news station.
ReplyDeleteI like the post. I have to say politics are messed up m8, Stephan Harper has been our PM for 5 friggen years! What the hell? How!? The guys a douche
ReplyDeleteI agree, that's one of the reasons all I watch now is cartoons.
ReplyDelete@RedCom yeah Stephen Harper is a pretty big douche lol
ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of the American, no make that the world's political scheming.
ReplyDeleteI just wish I could live at home in peace and just worry about my family.
I think Fox news has been brainwashing people along with all the other news stations, so I watch cartoons instead.
ReplyDeleteNeed to watch/read other news sources like BBC...more neutral imo
ReplyDeleteFox is a joke.
ReplyDeleteyes politics is everywear
ReplyDeletePersonally i just ignore politics.
ReplyDeleteFollowing you anyway! :D
There is no 'news channel', they are all facets of a deluded entertainment industry. Drum up fear and anxiety and being edgy to get an audience. Then they go an actively support which ever respective party they like, making things worse. The political seasons are all the same, one side arguing with the other while nothing gets done. Well, except the things that screw people over. It's all part of the false left/right paradigm.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad we don't have Fox where I live
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to more posts, I think a lot of people look to the news for all the answers. They expect to read a few sentences and make a decision, and many do. I think any news source should just be a way of knowing that something happened, then we need to find out for ourselves what really happened and why.
ReplyDeleteI remember learning the definition of the term "spin" in a government class. Ever since that lesson I don't really watch the news anymore. I just pull articles from various websites such as Slate, Huff Post, Wash Post, and Google News. This way most news stories are not as sensationalized as they would be on a particular news channel.
ReplyDeletenice post!
ReplyDeletevery cool
ReplyDeletecould be interesting looking forward to future posts
ReplyDeleteinteresting
ReplyDeleteI live under a rock,no time for politics
ReplyDeleteInteresting blog. I think it's time to get rid of the two-party system. It creates an illusion of democracy.
